Reservation Policy

• Your Monthly Pass is valid for one designated Open Play location.

• After purchasing your pass, you'll receive an email with a promotional code.

• Use your promotional code to reserve your seat for each Open Play you plan to attend.

• If you're unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so your seat can be offered to another player.

• Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
